Nationwide Parts & Labor Warranty
Peace of mind - wherever you go, you're covered! Participating Service Center will honor the manufacturer's written warranty on any replacement part(s) purchased from a Pronto/VIP Tech Center Supplier, whenever the consumer presents proof of original purchase. You MUST keep a copy of the original repair invoice for the warranty to be valid. The independent repair facility warrants the repairs and services performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12-months or 12,000 miles of use, whichever comes first.

Where to Obtain Warranty Service
If you are less than 25 miles from the original repair facility, you MUST return to the original repair facility for re-repair. The original repair facility will cover the part(s) and labor at no charge to you. However, if you are more than 25 miles from the original repair facility, please call 1-800-4PRONTO to find the nearest Pronto/VIP Tech Center affiliated Service Center. You will be required to pay for the re-repair and submit for reimbursement. Reimbursement will be contingent upon receiving and verification of original receipt, re-repair receipt and odometer readings. Warranty claim reimbursement shall NOT exceed the cost of the original repair or service.

After Hours
The Nationwide Parts & Labor Warranty line is answered Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time). After hours, an automated voicemail system will provide you instructions on how to handle your warranty. For all after hours EMERGENCY WARRANTIES - AN EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ON OUR AUTOMATED VOICEMAIL SYSTEM.

Emergency Roadside Assistance
Emergency Roadside Assistance is available anywhere in the United States, Canada and PR, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you need assistance, simply call the toll-free 800 number that will be provided with your card. Emergency Roadside Assistance is provided at *no cost for 12 months from the date your CarCareONE application is approved.

Services Provided
The following services are covered 100%:

• Jump start
• Towing (up to 10 miles)
• Tire change (with your inflated spare)
• Fluid replacement (Fuel and other automotive fluids not covered)
• Lock-out service

If you require one of the services listed above, just sign for the service provided.
If you requre more extensive service that is not covered, you will receive a complete estimate of your charges before a qualified service provider is dispatched.

The Car Care One Card Emergency Roadside Assistance program covers all passenger vehicles in your household. It does not cover recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles or off-road vehicles. Gas, oil, fluids and keys are also excluded. Please pay for these costs separately. Service is provided through Signature's Nationwide Auto Plan, Inc. Only claims from an authorized Emergency Road Service provider will be honored.
